OUR HITORY AND FACTS
Restore-A-Deck LLC was established in 1989 by Richard Pauley. Richard grew up in Detroit and in an era where customer service and quality was a standard. Since 1989, he has forged Restore-A-Deck and made it a standard for other companies to follow. Restore-A-Deck doubled in size every year for the first five years and is now second to none in the industry. He employs over 15 men and women and services the Tri-County area.
Restore-A-Deck is truly a family ran business. His wife runs the office and is probably the voice you will hear when you call. Customers have said, that she has answered their questions better and more accurate than Richard’s male counterparts in other companies. You may recognize his sons who have worked summers with Richard. The backbone of any company is truly their employees and we are proud of ours. Most have over 10 years experience. We may do 1,200 or more decks a year but we do them one at a time.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We pride ourselves on one of the highest repeat customer percentages in the industry. We are a preferred service provider for management companies, homeowner associations, municipalities and corporations and probably your neighbor too. We have independent deck restoration crews, painting crews and brick paver repair crews.
